Hi Everyone,
One of my current businesses in which I am a part of, I am an Independent Marketing Representative for Friendswin.com and I am about to reveal a few things about network marketing or MLM in general that have to do with having a subscriber base. Here is something you may not know. I have been involved in network marketing for almost twenty years now and let me tell you. Friendswin is a heck of a lot more fun than selling soap and a lot more lucrative as well…
That being said NM/MLM has changed so much over the past few years due to the internet that normal marketing efforts just don’t work the way they used to. telling people, flyer's, home meetings and etc. Top marketers might not like the way that ownership changed a compensation plan or even worse take their downline with them and quite a few of yours as well. You know how I know? If you were thinking that I was one of them then you are correct. I lost quite a few people in my downline at one point a few years ago. Your commissions disappear as fast as the soap I used to sell, after being in the shower for three days… poof… gone... This is just a couple of examples. Now don't get me wrong. If you can handle rejection, then you can continue to do these things as well. I will get business anyway possible, you just have to be able to handle it.There are a few other things that can throw a monkey wrench into our systems as well but stay positive and learn how to market effectively on the internet and you will succeed…
Which brings me to the point of the article…Your Customers/Subscribers are yours. Nobody can take them from you. I am not saying don’t build a downline. I am saying concentrate on your subscriber base and the IMR’s will follow. And they will be quality IMR's as well.....
As Always Thank You For Reading...

John,
So true! I think the most amazing part of it all is that so many network marketing companies just sort of take it for granted that their distributors will automatically acquire customers/subscribers and never actually train them how to do that - except to "make" them customers as a "fall-back" after saying no to the business opportunity. Or worse yet, encourage/require the distributor to have a certain level of "personal use" of the products to qualify for commissions.
The way I've always understood the network marketing business model to work, is that when you become a distributor or representative you should first develop your own retail or subscriber base to a certain level, and then to show the people who join you and wish to do likewise exactly how to do the same thing - based your own experience and how you did it. It's impossible to teach something you don't know yourself!
With all of the focus on only recruiting other reps, and very little (or no) focus on acquiring customers, many network marketing organizations are simply empty shells with nobody being profitable except the "heavy hitting" recruiters at the very top of the organization. This continues to give credence to the public's perception that NM is a "pyramid scheme" - because it actually ends up becoming one due to the way most people are taught to build their organizations.
Those who understand how true residual income is derived in network marketing realize what you've clearly stated - it's all about the subscriber/customer, and keeping them satisfied - just as it is in any other business model.
I like this...Get on Top of Google Now...No Waiting,,...Awesome John...:)
